Airline rewards cards are by far the most commonly offered card, with each issuer promoting at least one, for a total of 10 cards. The four largest airlines in North America are represented, with eight airline brands covered by co-branded cards. Three hotel cards and three store-affiliated cards comprise the remainder of co-branded small business cards.
